In this work, we studied the effects of char structural evolution and alkali and alkaline earth metallic species (AAEMs) catalysis on the reactivity during the char gasification with CO2, H2O, and their mixture. The gasified chars with different carbon conversion levels were prepared, and their physicochemical structures were characterized via nitrogen adsorption and FT‐Raman techniques. The concentrations of AAEMs in different modes were obtained by the sequential chemical extraction method. The reactivities of the raw and gasified chars were analyzed by the thermogravimetric analysis. The gasification atmospheres had varied effects on the physicochemical structure of coal char. The gasified char obtained in the CO2 atmosphere had a lower aromatic condensation degree compared with that obtained in the H2O atmosphere, irrespective of the temperature. The impact of the atmospheres on the specific surface area of the char varied with the temperature because H2O and CO2 have different routes of development of pore structure with coal char. A large specific surface area facilitates the exposure and dispersion of more AAEMs on the surface of the channel, which is conducive to their contact with the gasification agent to play the catalytic role. Thus, the reactivity of the gasified char is well correlated with its specific surface area at different gasification temperatures. In the absence of AAEMs, the chemical structure of coal char becomes the dominant factor affecting the reactivity.  相似文献

Low temperature silver pastes can be widely applied on thin-film switch, flexible printing line and touch screen. In this article, we investigated printability and conductivity of silver pastes with silver wires of different diameters and content, and the conductivity of the silver pastes cured at different temperatures filled with different types silver powders and silver wires. The sheet resistance of silver pastes cured at 100 °C with Ag1 powders and Ag2 powders filled with 10 wt% silver wires of 100 nm diameters is 21.93?±?1.63 and 23.16?±?1.44 Ω/□, which is lower than the same samples cured at 135 °C without silver wire fillers. Tap density of Ag1 and Ag2 powders mixed with silver nanowires is higher than that of Ag3 powders mixed with nanowires, due to a higher filling ratio of Ag1 and Ag2 powders with silver nanowires. SEM results show silver pastes filled with Ag1 and Ag2 powders formed network when silver nanowires were added.  相似文献

白云石是一种广泛应用的冶金、建材和化工原料。针对白云石煅烧过程中CO2排放严重等问题,构建了基于CO2循环载热与资源化回收的白云石低碳煅烧竖窑新工艺。通过白云石(CaCO3·MgCO3)煅烧过程的Gibbs自由能变计算,发现提高煅烧温度(50~100 K)可有效克服CO2对反应的抑制作用;通过纯CO2环境中CaCO3分解过程的热重实验分析,验证了CO2循环煅烧白云石煅烧的可行性;通过化学反应动力学计算,解析了全CO2组分环境下CO2压力对CaCO3·MgCO3高温分解过程的影响,并发现提高CO2压力可促进气固传热,从而提升分解速率和改善矿料分解均匀性;对CO2循环煅烧工艺系统能-质平衡计算表明:该工艺理论能耗仅为140 kg/(t 煅白),且煅烧过程的CO2排放降低70%以上,环境效益显著。  相似文献

A series of methacrylate-acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (MABS) resins was prepared using bulk polymerization. The polarity of the continuous phase and the compatibility of two phases were changed by adjusting the methyl methacrylate (MMA) content, choosing values that were close to styrene-butadiene rubber solubility value. The possibility of controlling the microstructure of the MABS resin by changing the polarity of the components and the compatibility of two phases was assessed. The dynamic mechanical analysis shows that the compatibility of two phases varies with the MMA content. The morphological analysis shows that increasing MMA contents results in a gradual decrease in the sub-inclusion structure with a network skeleton of rubber particles, and that all the particles become solid rubber when the MMA content reaches 75%. The sub-inclusion structure reappears but does not have a network skeleton when the MMA content is 90%. The impact strength and morphological analysis indicate that the solid rubber particles and the sub-inclusion structure with a network skeleton provide excellent toughness, while the sub-inclusion structure without a network skeleton does not. In contrast, the transmittance of the ABS resin first increased and then decreased with increasing MMA content.  相似文献

In this study, a composite poly(functional graphene oxide-co-N-isopropylacrylamide-co-trimethylolpropane triacrylate-co-ethylene dimethacrylate) (poly(f-GO-co-NIPAAm-co-TMPTA-co-EDMA)) monolith was prepared, in which f-GO was added. The obtained monolith was characterized by nitrogen adsorption–desorption isotherm and scanning electron microscopy. The monolith exhibited a homogeneous and continuous structure, good permeability, and large surface area. The composite monolith was used as solid-phase extraction absorbent in conjunction with high-performance liquid chromatography for enrichment of ursolic acid. The calibration equation was y = 73.3980x + 0.2555, and the linear regression coefficient was 0.9987; The calibration curve was ranged from 1 to 700 μg ml−1; The limit of detection and limit of quantification values were 0.3 and 1.0 μg ml−1, respectively; The intraday and interday precisions were less than 2.6 and 7.4%, respectively. The recovery was in the range of 84.44–111.76%. Moreover, the adsorption amount of ursolic acid on the composite monolith was compared with the monolith without f-GO added and silica gel-C18 adsorbent. The results showed that the composite monolithic column was feasible to be used as an online SPE absorbent, which exhibiting low back pressure, good permeability, and high adsorption capacity. In addition, this method provided the possibility to extract and analyze trace components from medicinal plants.  相似文献
